Meet the Team
Mark Comer, Chief Executive Officer, President. After two successful decades at the highest levels of the mortgage and real estate industries, Mark embarked on a new project. His vision was to connect homeowners, vendors, mortgage servicers and real estate brokers in one nationwide network that could end the gridlock plaguing today’s housing scene. The result was PartnerFirst. Mark received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California in Business, with an emphasis in Real Estate Development and Finance.
Michael Leet, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President. Michael directs the financial and contract management for PartnerFirst. He brings two decades of high-level success in the mortgage and valuation industry to his tasks. Michael is a graduate of the University of Southern California in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
Bill Breeden, Chief Development Officer. Bill brings an extensive background in loan servicing and asset management to his task of engineering PartnerFirst’s growth. In his career as a consultant and corporate executive, he has implemented effective loss mitigation strategies for the nation’s leading default servicing companies. His stature and expertise in the industry enables him to work with clients and business partners at the highest level. Bill is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Jacob Swodeck, Director of Education. Jacob is a nationally-known real estate educator who has trained over 20,000 agents in short sales and other vital topics. He has conducted seminars for most major national real estate brands, as well as the National Association of Realtors® and other trade organizations. He brings an extensive knowledge of short sales and government programs such as HAFA, based on real-world experience. Jacob is also one of the nation’s foremost active agents, with over 1,000 short sale closings in his career. He oversees PartnerFirst’s course development, performs live events, conducts webinars, and communicates regularly with thousands of professionals through his blog and other social media.
