Providing a Brand Neutral Real Estate Agent Referral Database: Providing a Find an Agent Homeowner Referral Database: Providing homeowner Contact Counseling Services: The Partner First PSC certification is not your average Short Sale Training Certification. Comprised from 5 of the top minds from all corners of the pre-foreclosure industry as well as countless feedback, objections, and input from the nation’s top banks, lenders, and servicers, we have created and refined a well-planned, easy-to-use, powerful education tool for the pre-foreclosure industry. Agents can earn the PSC designation through live seminars or PSC online:
We at PSC have chosen to be recognized by homeowners, asset managers, default providers, real estate trade organizations, and the real estate community. We are aggressively pursuing relationships with financial institutions and government servicing entities by promoting the PartnerFirst agent network as the trusted source in providing reliable real estate services to defaulting homeowners across America. Although the owners of PartnerFirst highly respect and are members of NAR, the PSC Designation is not NAR endorsed. Of the nearly 80 reputable designations that are available to the real estate industry, only 13 are recognized by NAR. From that selection, there is a revenue share or profit sharing model between NAR and the creator of each designation. At this time, we have chosen not to pursue the NAR endorsement. By looking into the PSC designation process, you will be convinced that the training and designation provided is head and shoulders above the rest. Don’t just take our word for it, visit the "Testimonials" page and see what other PSC agents and industry professionals are declaring about PartnerFirst and it's PSC designation.
