How to join

1. Register – FREE!

Create a BASIC USER ACCOUNT by registering. Agents will login to fill out the Pre-Foreclosure Agent Application.

2. Fill Out Application – FREE!

We will review your application (allow three business days for a response). Based on your qualifications and experience, the following two outcomes are expected:

A.	Approved – This means that you have met all of the qualifications and are able advance to the next step and earn the Pre-Foreclosure Certification (PSC).
B.	Not Approved – You have not met certain qualifications, however, you are encouraged to re-apply 30 days from the date of your email notification. Your basic membership will remain active, however, you may not move on to the next step.

3. Pre-Foreclosure Specialist Certification (PSC): $499.00 - Live Seminar or PSC Online

Upon successful completion of the two-day regional Short Sale Mastery Workshop or the PSC Online course through PartnerFirstU you may upgrade your Basic Membership to the Premium Monthly Membership.

4. Premium Monthly Membership: $45.00

After getting certified, we encourage all agents to continue in expanding their knowledge base by upgrading the FREE basic membership to the Premium Monthly Membership.

5. Join a mortgage servicer referral agent database: $30.00 for each database

A.	You must be a PSC Agent.
B.	You must be a Premium Monthly Member.
C.	You must apply and meet the requirements set by each servicer database.
D.	You may select up to a maximum of three servicer databases to join (based on availability).
E.	You may choose a minimum of one zip code to a maximum of seven zip codes (based on availability) per servicer database you join.
F.	After joining: You will be placed on the Servicer “Find an Agent” Referral Database which is accessed by asset managers and loss mitigators searching for PSC Agents to refer defaulting homeowners to select an agent to list and sell their short sale.
