Michael Leet, Co-Founder, Executive Vice president and Chief Operating Officer, PartnerFirst. With more than 19 years of experience achieving high levels of success within the mortgage industry, Michael is in charge of all financial and operations management for PartnerFirst and its sister companies National Mortgage Consumer Counseling, and United American Funding. Michael is a graduate of the University of Southern California in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate.
Son Nguyen, Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, Program Director of the Homeowner Outreach Assistance Program and Minority Outreach Initiative.. He is responsible for directing, managing and coordinating operations, including the Agent Management Services (AMS) Platform. His duties extend further to creating strategic alliances and partnerships within the default industry.
He also leads PartnerFirst's Homeowner-Focused Minority Outreach Initiative. Son is implementing strategies with support from national minority trade organizations to bring insight and guidance to mortgage servicers in developing homeowner outreach programs that are culturally diverse and inclusive.
Son has 15+ years of achieving high levels of leadership success within the real estate, title, and escrow industries. A proud U.S. Navy Veteran, Son is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations and Masters in Organizational Management.

He began his real estate career as a manager of one of the largest short sale processing centers on the west coast. Kayte Gentry is a leading expert in default properties, specifically focused on Short Sales. She has been an active real estate agent, working in the Phoenix Metro area, since 1995. Currently, Kayte leads a team of real estate professionals through the business she founded 4 years ago, Gentry & Associates and its subsidiary, Track My Short Sale.com. She manages over 100 short sale files at any point in time and has successfully closed over 80% of their short sale listings. Troy Huerta has been in the real estate industry for 20 years. He was consistently a top producer in the mortgage industry and in 2001, he opened the Oceanside office as Branch Manager of MLS (Mortgage Loan Specialists). He managed a successful team of 25 agents and loan officers. In 2003, he added a real estate company with a focus on helping people become real estate investors. .In early 2007 he began developing a business plan that would enable him to be successful in a declining market.
